Hi! I’m Francesca, a certified personal trainer and holistic health coach helping women build muscle, energy, and consistency through strength training and a whole-body focus. My coaching blends evidence-based training with mindset work, nutrition guidance, and a deep understanding of what it takes to rebuild from the inside out—without chasing perfection.
How I Got Here…
I didn’t grow up athletic. In fact, I tried out for the high school cheer team and didn’t make the team.
While everyone else had a sport, I found myself wandering into the gym at 16, unsure of what to do but knowing I wanted to feel and look strong. Strength training became my thing—not because I was good at it right away, but because it didn’t require coordination or competition. I could go at my own pace, challenge myself, and get stronger. It became a non-negotiable in my life.
Alongside my love for lifting, I was always drawn to holistic health. I didn’t grow up in a healthy household. I watched my mom go through endless medications and their side effects, and I knew I didn’t want to take that same route. I believed healing was possible—but it had to come from within.
That curiosity sparked a deep dive into personal development, which led me to the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and later the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). But I quickly realized that surface-level fixes weren’t enough—real, lasting change doesn’t just come from workouts or meal plans. It comes from how we think, how we feel, how we fuel ourselves, and how we show up in every area of our lives.
That realization pushed me to go deeper—so I got certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)because I wanted to truly understand the human body. I didn’t want to just coach people to “look good”—I wanted to help them feel good, think clearly, and build something sustainable from the inside out. So many women either focus only on aesthetics (me for a while) and neglect their internal health… or go all-in on wellness but feel lost in the gym and building muscle. I knew there had to be a better way.
I’m not your typical wellness girlie—I lift heavy, train hard, and also care deeply about what I’m feeding myself on and off my plate. I believe both can exist: strength and softness, power and presence, structure and self-awareness.
In the past 5+ years, I’ve continued studying and integrating functional health, mindset work, and strength training into a whole-body coaching method. Because sustainable results don’t come from punishment or perfection—they come from treating your body with care, curiosity, and consistency.
My mission is to help women reconnect with their strength, energy, and identity, so the gym becomes a grounding space—not a source of pressure. You don’t have to choose between being strong and being well. You get to have both.
