Aloha! I'm Nicole, a certified personal trainer with a Master's degree in Exercise Science. I help former athletes, gym lovers, and active individuals rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence - without burnout. My coaching style blends athletic development, prehab, and performance-style training so you can feel like yourself again.. just stronger.
How I Got Here…
Growing up, sports weren't just a part of my life-they were my identity. I played my entire life, competing at the Division I level in college after years of dedication.
Sports gave me structure, discipline, and drive-but like many athletes, once it ended, I found myself wondering who I was without it.
That shift pushed me to dive deeper into understanding the body, performance, and long-term health. I went on to earn my Master's degree in Exercise Science, and along the way, I became a Certified Personal Trainer, earned my Performance Enhancement Specialist certification through NASM, and completed my Speed and Explosion Specialist certification through NASE. I didn't just want to train-I wanted to help people train smarter.
Through years of learning, growing, and applying these principles to my own journey, I realized how many women-especially those who once identified as athletes-struggle to find their rhythm again. Others are just starting out and need someone to meet them where they are. That's where I come in.
Today, I coach women of all backgrounds -former athletes, gym lovers, and beginners alike-through strength-based, performance-style training that supports both physical and mental resilience. My approach blends athletic development, mobility, injury prevention, and confidence-building movement so you can feel strong, grounded, and fully connected to your body again.
